Comparing Omniscope file types
There are two Omniscope file types - publishable IOK and shareable IOM. Both file types have identical functionality, but permit different approaches to sharing, publishing and refreshing data.

DataPlayer files exported from Omniscope are standard Flash SWF files that are interactive inside any browser and also common document formats such as PowerPoint, Excel and Adobe PDF. DataPlayers are ideal for publishing interactive 'dashboards' to the web. Publishing unlimited numbers of DataPlayers to paying customers on subscription-based web sites does not require a commercial publishing license.
