EditionsOmniscope EditionsOmniscope comes in three main editions - Free Viewer, Desktop and Server. All Editions are installed using the same downloadable free installer. Viewers can be installed without admin privileges and upgradable to other Editions at any time by activating with a license key. All Editions have the same system requirements, but Server Editions typically run on "always-on" server machines with failover/backup servers to support 24/7 automation. Typical bundle solutions involve a mix of Editions, such as one Server (2 spare keys) , 8 Desktops and unlimited free Viewers. Free Viewer Interactive navigation of IOK files already configured by others. Filter and select with instant feedback/re-visualisation. Print and export screenshots and PDF/PPT files. Optional 30-day trial of Desktop Edition, then installation reverts back to a Viewer. Desktop Import, merge, transform and export data using drag-and-drop DataManager workspace. Explore, filter and analyse data. Create and edit data sets, define formulas and variable assumption-driven models and continuously refresh data from source. Customise filters, views, tabs, layout and branding and create and share IOK files, secure and highly-compressed, ideal for internet delivery, with unlimited free Viewers. Server All Desktop functionality, plus the option to run Source IOK files as 'datamarts' on powerful 64-bit, always-on machines. Additional file security options: - domain locking - web authentication - walled gardens Automated refresh and publishing whenever data sources change. Batch file distribution based on a customisable IOK "distribution list" for personalising data sets and emailing templated IOK reports and dashboards. Includes the "Scheduler", a separate application (or Windows service) for automating the full range of file actions such as executing a DataManager workflow. |
