Omniscope 1.0 was released in January 2005 and has since been used by a wide range of blue-chip clients as well as being bundled with the data services of a variety of partners. In 2011 Visokio launched a ground-breaking visual ETL addition to Omniscope in version 2.6, adding powerful data management tools to its reporting and dashboarding interface.

Development - Advanced Java GUIs using Customised Swing
We are always seeking the very best, leading-edge Java developers with at least 5 years experience in customised Swing (primary skill) and capable of the advanced Java desktop GUI programming exemplified in Omniscope. Knowledge of Java collections framework, software algorithms, possibly with SQL & JDBC/database programming, drawing custom graphics & components, source control systems (e.g. CVS, Subversion, SourceSafe), modern development environment (e.g. Eclipse), Apache Ant, etc. Permanent positions with highly competitive starting salary for the most qualified candidates. When applying for this position you must include evidence of your Swing development experience such as screen shots, sample source code, or working applications.
Development - Mobile/JavaScript object-oriented application developer
For developing web and mobile highly interactive and fluid applications using jQuery, HTML5 and CSS3. Developers must be experienced in ground-up application development in a structured, object-oriented "born programmer" methodology. Permanent, with a competitive starting salary subject to a 3 month review. When applying to these positions you must include a working portfolio of links to work you have done and samples of source code.
Customer Communications and Support
Omniscope users are generally Data Analysts responsible for accessing a wide range of data sources and performing all aspects of typical business user data manipulation, analysis, visualisation, presentation and publishing. We are seeking personable and motivated individuals with a background in data analysis and reporting interested in becoming expert in Omniscope to help with client support, documentation and training. Successful candidates will be numerate with some knowledge of statistical analysis and advanced use of Excel formulae and functions, with perhaps some database experience. A rigorous logical mind and attention to detail, combined with precise written and fluent spoken English, is essential. Opportunities for growth into training, sales and marketing. Permanent, with a six-month probation.
